Delhi to follow new Covid protocol

With the daily rise in the number of Covid cases, the government of Delhi has come up with a new set of guidelines for the upcoming times. After the announcement of night curfews throughout the city, there has been a complete ban on social, entertainment, cultural, and any other form of gatherings.
But, gatherings in case of funerals or marriage have been restricted to 20 and 50 respectively. The Disaster Management Authority in Delhi is of the opinion that the bars and restaurants can operate only with a 50% capacity. In the meantime, Arvind Kejriwal government has asked all the schools to remain closed until further notice is issued.
For the last four days, there has been a massive increase in the number of positive cases in India. On Saturday, India has recorded 1.45 lakh fresh cases. As of now, Delhi has reported 707000 cases.
The government of Delhi has issued directions to the Delhi Metro to operate only with 50% capacity in its coaches and the buses to also run with 50% capacity. In Delhi, this 50% seating capacity is also applied to cinemas, multiplexes, and theatres. These regulations are to be adhered to until the end of April.
In addition to these, people who are traveling to Delhi from Maharashtra via airlines are required to produce a negative RT-PCR test report. The test must be conducted within 72 hours of the journey. If you are unable to produce any such negative report, you are required to undergo home quarantine for a time span of two weeks.
The above-mentioned norms should be followed along with the night curfew that in presently in action from 10 pm to 5 am.
