Keeping count of the calories and portioning each meal might sound like a time-consuming process but ultimately it is something every person has to do to stay fit. When we talk about the right food, the meaning isn’t always eating tasteless food. The usual saying “An apple a day keeps the doctor away” fits the scenario because apples have antioxidants that keep you healthy. Similarly, eat portions of lean meat like a chicken. Avoid sugary food and opt for fruits instead when you have a craving for candy or chocolate bars. Instead of eating three big meals, divide it to eat six smaller meals to stay full and healthy.
