Indira IVF, a firm engaged in In vitro fertilization (IVF) births, has achieved a new milestone by completing 1,00,000 successful Vitro fertilization (IVF) stories. It is the first In Vitro fertilization (IVF) single-specialty chain in the whole country to notch this achievement in a period of 10 years. This fact also stresses the importance of increasing awareness about sexual and reproductive health for all in the country. Indira IVF has observed that when it comes to reproductive problems, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and blocked fallopian tubes are the two leading causes of infertility among the women who visit their centers. At the same time, a low sperm count was the leading cause in most male infertility cases.

As a purpose-driven organization dedicated to its mission, Indira IVF has stressed the crucial importance of improving accessibility of quality treatment to the remotest parts of the country. The organization has thus far conducted 742 physical camps, thus helping in educating over 60,000 couples across the country. Even during the Covid-19 pandemic, the organization’s efforts have continued with measures like digital integration and personalized counseling. Of Indra IVF’s 107 centers, over 50% are located in various tier 2 and tier 3 locations across the country. This empowers the diaspora with increased awareness of infertility’s different medical treatments and provides easy access to modern technological medicine. The group also plans to open some 20-30  of such centers more every single year. It also targets going international by establishing its centers in other Indian subcontinent countries like Bangladesh and Nepal.

Reflecting on the organization’s journey, the founder & chairman of Indira IVF Group, Dr. Ajay Murdia, commented, “Our first success story was born when a young child, Navya, came into this world in 2011. From one life back then to one lakh a decade, it brings me immense joy to see how far we have come in our vision to help couples who face challenges with growing their family. We are determined to break people free from the shackles of infertility and provide medical solutions for their treatment.”

Speaking on achieving this milestone, CEO & co-founder of Indira IVF, Dr. Kshitiz Murdia, reflected, “All these success stories are a collective reminder of our focus on successful clinical outcomes. We have ensured that our world-class technology becomes a catalyst in achieving our goals. Besides inducting the latest healthcare technology, we have also transformed our organizational expertise in a short period. Last year, we brought on board a robust team to accelerate our progress and ambition. We have focused on having experts from various domains lead our functions at Indira IVF.”

The director & co-founder of Indira IVF, Nitiz Murdia, pointed out how technology has been pivotal in the milestone; in the following words, “Advanced technologies have been crucial to attaining our one lakh milestone. We have deployed the best-in-class closed working chambers, electronic witnessing, microfluidics, advanced incubators, and lab care alarm systems that have helped couples conceive in the least possible number of cycles. We are also working with artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) software to ease the process for our patients further.”

Armed with state-of-the-art infrastructure and a highly-skilled faculty, Indira IVF is helping countless couples navigate the complicated journey rising out of their infertility to the time they would be able to realize their dream of starting a family. It is also offering to counsel for those who need that. They also have egg and sperm freezing facilities, which is a boon for several young men and women who wish to delay family planning until their forties.
