RT-PCR Test not mandatory in these states

India: RT-PCR report no more mandatory while traveling to these states
With the gradual fall in the number of positive cases in the country, many Indian states are trying to ease out the travel norms. In many states, a negative RT-PCR test report is no more mandatory. But many other states are allowing travelers provided they produce proof of vaccination. Moreover, their regulations are subject to changes, they are not permanent. So, before planning for a travel, its important that you check with all the official channels to make sure that you have a hassle-free travel. But according to the present scenario, this is how the Indian states are allowing visitors in their region.
INDIAN STATES WHERE RT-PCR TEST REPORT IS NOT NEEDED
Delhi
Himachal Pradesh
Telangana
Haryana
Tamil Nadu
Karnataka
Andhra Pradesh
Its to your convenience that Tamil Nadu requires a negative RT-PCR test report or proofs of vaccination. But this is when you are taking a flight to Coimbatore from outside the state. Many airlines might urge you to produce a negative test report that should be taken within 72 hours of the journey.
STATES THAT NEEDS A NEGATIVE TEST REPORT AS WEEL AS PROOFS OF THE FIRST DOSE OF THE VACCINE

Chandigarh
These two states have made it mandatory to produce a Covid vaccination certificate after your first dose. If not possible, you need to carry a negative test report that should be taken within 72 hours of the journey.
NO NEGATIVE TEST REPORT AFTER COMPLETING BOTH THE DOSES OF THE VACCINE
ODISHA: In order to enter the state, you should produce your final vaccination certificate. If not provided, then you need to carry a negative RT-PCR test report or an antigen test report that should be taken within 48 hours of the journey.
RAJASTHAN : No RT-PCR test report required, if you have completed 28 days of post-vaccination period. Both the doses must be completed in that case.
CHHATTISGARH : You either need to produce proofs of vaccination or a negative test report that shouldn’t be more than 96 hours old.
NAGALAND : Either a vaccination certificate is required or a negative RT-PCR test report that should be taken within 72 hours of the journey.
MEGHALAYA : People arriving from states except Delhi, Maharashtra, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka and West Bengal do not need to produce a negative test report if they can produce the vaccination certificate.
